Install the adjacent countertop slabs over the sink sandwiching it between the countertop and the cabinet frame. Old faucets might need the old block support which simply clips into the sink holes. Most are ada compliant. Simply add a lag screw and then snug it down with a ratchet.

The pedestal sink must be mounted to the floor for stability. Then add a thorough coat of a release agent spray to help prevent the concrete from sticking to the edge liner and sink knockouts.
